Mohammad Saiyedul Islam: A five-day 'Belt and Road Global Youth Tour' has been held to share comprehensively and objectively understand China, experience Chinese-style modernization, and promote mutual cooperation and people-to-people exchange among countries participating in China's Belt and Road Initiative. And the first Henan Short Video Competition "Henan in the Eyes of Foreigners" was also launched at that time.
The five-day trip from May 30 to June 03 was organized by the Chinese People's Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries, and jointly organized by the Office of the Foreign Affairs Work Committee of the Henan Provincial Committee of the Communist Party of China, the Henan Provincial People's Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries, China Central Radio and Television Henan Branch, and co-organized by the Office of the CPC Xinyang Municipal Committee and the Xinyang Digital Information Office.

Fahad Kabeer, a Pakistani student who attended the activity, said that it was a wonderful experience to visit Xinyang City of Henan province under the supervision of The Chinese People's Association for Friendship with Foreign Countries. I find it a very much important activity that makes us learn about the developmental project of China and specifically the life of rural people. Most of the villagers I met were happy and living very charming life. I meet with more than 12 nationals in this activity which let me understand their culture and country very well. In Xinyang tea farms I came to know about the long history of tea along with that me being a medical student understood the health-related benefits of different tea varieties. Overall, I sum up this activity as an unforgettable experience in learning revitalization of rural areas.
During the five-day visit, the visiting team took part in various activities, including the economic growth and development of Xinjiang city, civic amenities, poverty alleviation and rural revitalization, local government initiatives, industrial development and tourism development, tea culture and rural folk culture, environmental and green development, and the modernization of prosperous Henan.
A group of 20 scholars, international students, and foreign journalists from Bangladesh, Afghanistan, Ethiopia, Ghana, Cameroon, Kenya, Lebanon, Pakistan, Poland, and other countries and regions participated in a five-day trip to Henan province.
